LACA and CILIP submitted a joint response to four questions about e-lending that have been referred for a preliminary ruling in an important case before the Court of Justice of the European Union: C-174/15: Vereiniging Openbare Bibliotheken. 

Vereiniging Openbare Bibliotheken is the Dutch Association of Public Libraries.
